Mother’s Day Special

I’m slowly making my way back after having my own baby this fall and wanted to offer a Mother’s Day Special! Mom’s love to show off their children and families and I don’t know a better way to do that than a photo session. Maybe it’s a first time mom or a mom that hasn’t had family pictures in a long time, either way a special session to celebrate family and mom is always the best gift. My Mother’s Day special is a standard 2 hour lifestyle photo session with me and a 5×5 art book with 20 images. I very rarely do discounts or specials so this is a pretty big deal! The art book that I’m including normally goes for 325.00. This Mother’s Day special is 400.00!

This special can be purchased as a gift certificate up through Mother’s Day. Sessions must be scheduled before September. If you’ve already had a session with me in 2016 and would like to take advantage of the art book, get in touch and I’ll extend a special offer to you as well. Newborn Portraits with Baby Julianne

I took newborn portraits with baby Julianne a few weeks ago. Such a sweet little baby! Last time I saw her big sister, Maggie, she was a year old! She has blossomed into quite the expressive little toddler. Maggie was really great with her little sister though. As you will see in the slideshow she helped to wake her sister by playing a little drum set. Baby Julianne got through her debut photo session like a breeze. She was wasn’t ever fussy, she just slept and enjoyed the cuddles from mom and dad. I always enjoy my time with this little family.

Six Month Photo Session with Nakul

We had the six month photo session with Nakul recently and its always so amazing to see how much babies have changed in such a short amount of time. He was adorable as a newborn and he continues to be adorable at six months! As with the majority of my moodybaby sessions we went through the session like any normal day. We had some play time, some portrait time, looking in the mirror, playing with his mobile, bath after a major blowout, reading books with mom and dad, his first solid food and a good walk to start off his nap time. All in a mornings work for this little guy!

Main Line Family Portraits, Hutch 2015

I’ve been photographing Hutch since he was just about a year old! Its amazing to watch these kiddos grow up and I always feel special that I get to capture them every year. Hutch will be 7 this year!! He makes me run and work harder every year, little stinker, he likes to test me by playing blinking games and trying to get away from the camera. Stinker right? But its all good, I have his number. We always have fun and keep things active. Over the years not much has changed, he loves his sports. He has been hitting the baseball since he was two! This kid has some skills, he has a great arm and knows how to bat and make contact with the ball. He just gets better every year. This year his half siblings joined us for the session. He has such a unique relationship with each of them and it was a special thing to see them all together. We all had a wonderful time this year. We got to capture all the little things Hutch is into right now, making a memory book of his trip to California, playing chess…trying to teach me how to play… reading his favorite tickle book with mom, racing mom, climbing in the tree house, playing baseball with his siblings and being his silly Hutch self all at the same time! It was a wonderful afternoon, I always have a great time when I see this family. Enjoy!

Philadelphia Family Portraits, Sterling

Sterling might look a little familiar, we did a session with just her a few weeks ago, this time around we did some Philadelphia Family Portraits in Rittenhouse Square with the whole family! Everyone was in town to celebrate her birthday, its not often that both sets of grandparents are together so it was a special occasion for sure! I think the images will say it all, but Sterling is loved to pieces by everyone! She knows how to absorb all of that love too, a special little lady indeed! I had a wonderful time getting to know her Uncle and Grandparents, they couldn’t be more proud of her. I love photographing families with such outgoing personalities. Philadelphia Family Portraits are one of my favorite kind of sessions to capture!

Laci’s One Year Photo Shoot

I had the pleasure of capturing Laci’s one year photo shoot! This girl is too funny, she has so much personality. Her surprised faces are the absolute best! You’ll also meet her very tolerable dog, as soon as you see the picture you’ll get it. We covered it all, we had snacks, play time in her room, outside with balloons, picked flowers, ate cake, took a bath and one last little walk with the dog. We had a pretty full afternoon of activities!! Thank you for having me.

Baby Olivia, Philadelphia Newborn Portraits

Baby Olivia has arrived! You may remember our belly session a few weeks ago… and now she is here! Adorable as ever, just like her sister was. These guys are doing great adapting to a family of four. Many congratulations and it was lovely spending the morning with you!

Philadelphia Family Photos

For this Philadelphia Family Photo shoot we decided to capture all the things they loved to do together as a family. I love lifestyle family shoots, they are my favorite by far. We started out having some snacks, homemade focaccia bread, fresh mozzarella, tomatoes, prosciutto and other yummy italian meats. Served up in their lovely screened in porch, where they spend a great deal of time. We then headed outside for a few photos in front of the house, keeping with a fun casual nature that is the family they are. A quick wardrobe change to do some bike riding, which is an important family past time, and rounding out the shoot with throwing the football with dad and planting new plants with mom. I’d say it was the perfect afternoon. I had a lovely time as well!

Baby Owen, NYC Newborn Portraits

I had the pleasure of meeting baby Owen last week in NYC. He was one day shy of his one month milestone, but still very much in the newborn stage. I photographed Soyoung & Stephen’s wedding a few years ago, and I was so excited when they got in touch with the news of their first baby. I couldn’t be more thrilled for them. They have made a lovely transition into parenthood. I can’ t wait to watch them grow!

Baby Isabella, Moodybaby Family Portraits

My first shoot of the new year! Isabella is such a sweet little soul. She was all sorts of smiles and happiness. She tried to hold on longer but we must have tuckered her out and she went down for a nice hard nap at the end of the session.
