Addison & Ella, Moodybaby Philadelphia Children Portraits

So much fun with these kiddos! Kara (aka Mom) is one of the owners at Gravity Salon, I’ve known her and have been a loyal customer with them for years! So we go way back, way way back. 🙂 I am so excited that we got this shoot done! ha!  We kind of missed the boat when Addison was little and we were rained out of our first scheduled date so it was exciting to be able to capture these kiddos finally.

Meet Ella,  she is so sweet and super expressive.  At nine months she is walking and trying her best to keep up with her fast moving sister.

My favorite….
Addison. She has her own little salon, wants to be just like mommy.
Mommy is a ‘willing’ subject. Luckily those are plastic scissors.
The fam.  Ella totally looks like Dad and Addison like mom. Their min me’s.
Just a kid and she already had impecable taste. She also knows how to have fun.

Elliot is one! Moodybaby birthday shoot

Elliot is a happy happy one year old! It was great to see these guys again.  I photographed Kim and Mike’s wedding a few years ago.  Its always great to see families grow!

Baby Andrew, Philadelphia Children Lifestyle Portraits

I photographed Irene & Jim’s wedding a few years back so it was nice to see them again this time with a new member of the family.  Andrew is just over six months old and cute as ever. He was very curious about me, thats for sure and he has this raspy “ya ya” voice that he entertained us with all afternoon.

This is the I’m too curious who this lady is, I don’t want to nurse face.
He had a ton of fun on the black velvet.

We had to wait out a few passing storms but it was beautiful out!
Rewarded with some yummy carrots for dinner!!

Mason & Sonny, Moodybabies

Darah is a good friend and fellow photographer (Dollface studios) and this shoot was a long time coming.  Sickness and war wounded children gave us a run for our money making this shoot actually happen! But it turned out to be perfect timing and a perfect day!

Mason is six months old and so adorable and happy! He is such a cutie! He is also suffering from second child syndrome and has not had nearly the amount of photo attention that his big sister has, we set out to rectify that. 🙂

Mika’s Baptism

Baby Mika (meeka) is adorable beyond words!  She was so happy and smiley the whole day!  It was a big day for little Mika, it was her baptism.  So we did some usual shots before the ceremony.

Oliver, Nolan & Isla

These kiddos are growing up so fast!!  Its crazy.

It just so happened to be Oliver’s Birthday the day of our shoot!

Baby sister Isla has grown so much! Deb & Neil, Ridley Creek Family Style Engagement Shoot

Deb and Neil are getting married this coming July! They couldn’t have been any sweeter and their daughter couldn’t be happier to see them get hitched!
We did a family style engagement shoot since it really is about bringing a family together right?!

Introducing Moody Mini Sessions!

Introducing Moody Mini Sessions!
I have always wanted to do something like this but just didn’t have the space to do so.  Now I have the space so now we have Moody Mini’s!
I did a trial run with some of my good friends and their kiddos last weekend.  It was a ton of fun!  I’ll be doing a special invite for the next session and then I plan to do one a month. If you are interested in getting in on a session let me know. I will give more details as I make further announcements.

First we have cousins/best friends Taylor and Leah. They had a great time just being the goof balls they are.

Phantom, the cat I am fostering, had to get in on the action too.  How can you resist?
You all remember baby Ben! One Year old.

Lila & Zahra, Moodbaby Session

Lila & Zahra are adorable sisters!  We had a great time on their shoot, some ups and downs as you will see but all in the day of a two year old and her sister!  I wouldn’t have had it any other way. Part of what I love about my job is that I get to capture life’s moments, especially with these lifestyle shoots!  Its okay if there are meltdowns, there will always be meltdowns, its important to capture it all. I hope these images will help you remember this time in your lives!

We started happy. 🙂
