Dale & Stephen, Philadelphia Downtown Club Wedding

We had an amazing day with Dale and Stephen. Everything was beautiful and went smoothly all day. The bridal party was so much fun and it just made for a fantastic day.

Ellen & Ivan, Appleford Wedding

Ellen & Ivan had a beautiful wedding! Ellen grew up in the area and met Ivan when she was going to school/working in Italy.  They now call Italy their home. This was a gorgeous and touching wedding. Be sure to make time to watch the slideshow at the bottom. There are a few unexpected surprises, especially for Ellen & Ivan. I hope you enjoy.

Starting things off with a few details.


Seems boys and girls were doing a bit of ironing to get ready.
Ivan’s best friends came over from Italy to celebrate. (There is one jokester in the bunch……)
Ellen was stunning.
The ceremony was beautiful.  Ellen said her vows in Italian and Ivan said his in English. It was a fantastic merging of cultures.
Ellen’s sister and Aunt also sang the most beautiful song before the ceremony. You may want to wach the slideshow…
They brought over olive oil from Italy for their favors.
Of course an Italian man has the best shoes.
Everything was beautiful.It was such a pleasure, thank you so much for having allowing us to capture your day!

Sue & Josh, Holiday Inn Grantville Wedding

Sue and Josh’s wedding day was epic! What a fun day. I have to give everyone in the bridal party major props.  It was after-all August and we were dealing with hot humid weather and a little rain.  I never heard one person complain about the heat and keeping jackets on or being out in the elements. It was HOT but they were all the most amazing bridal party ever suffering through the heat for these photos! Thank you all so much, you are an amazing bunch and we had the best time with you!! I hope you will agree it was all worth it. 🙂

The flower babies were a little fussy before heading down the isle, escorted by their grandma’s they each found a way to pacify themselves.
Hehe, this was as much as surprise to me as it was to everyone else. Love it.
Woohoo! 
Now its party time.
Josh’s family owns a disposal company and we had used the trucks for their engagement shoot so Josh had one cleaned up real nice for the wedding too. 
We had an awesome location for portraits. They just acquired and old distillery near Lebanon and again Josh cleaned things up real nice for us to use for photos. He is a keeper. 🙂
I happen to like the B in the background too, ya know for “Barry”.

Florist:  Papertini, Tanti did an amazing job.  She grew all the herbs herself and paid so much attention to all the little personal details of Sarah & Eric.

Second Photographer: Stephanie Lugo, this was Stephanie’s last wedding with me. 🙁 She has moved to greener pastures in Texas! We will miss you Stephanie.

 Tanti did such a splendid job on the flowers.  She used an existing collection of old broches from Sarah and her family in the bouquet combined with the most colorful and wonderful arrangement of flowers. Eric’s boutonniere  was a beautiful sculptural piece as well.

Deb & Neil, Inn at Whitewing Farm Wedding

Deb and Neil are so sweet.  We had a wonderful day with them.  It was a hot and steamy July day but they took it in stride and the ceremony was beautiful and emotional for all who attended.

There was no denying that it was a super hot and muggy day, Neil welcomed the push from Maddy into the pool to cool off!

Anne & Dennis, Audubon Society Wedding

We had an amazing time with Anne and Dennis. Couldn’t have asked for a more perfect day, weather, couple, guests, family and venue.

Before getting too far, I want to mention the other professionals that helped make this wedding come together like it did.

 We started with some getting ready. Anne’s dress was beautiful. Simple, elegant and totally suited her. She also designed her earrings herself.

Kyle & Andrew, Glen Foerd Mansion Wedding

Kyle and Andrew had an awesome day.  It was a beautiful warm May day. 🙂  We had the best time with these guys. Glen Foerd is beautiful at this time of year and the day went off perfectly. I had the pleasure of documenting Kyle’s sisters wedding “a few” years ago and it was great to see so many familiar faces again.  Great family! Kyle’s dress and shoes were stunning. 
Kyle and Andrew have been together since high school!  A few on and off times but always finding themselves together again and finally with their wedding. They are the perfect match, the best of friends and have years of wedded bliss ahead of them!

Tara & Alex’s Wedding

Alex & Tara are an awesome couple. We hit it off from the start and then Alex burned season 4 of Breaking Bad onto disc for me so they are tops in my book! ha!

The reception was held at Tara’s parents house and it was simply gorgeous. Some other people to mention first:

Florist: Ways Florist, OMG I have never seen a bouquet like Tara’s.  Beautiful and sculptural.
